Policies for Medical and Ancillary Transportation:
Schedule Changes
Should you need to make any changes to your schedule (i.e. pick-up times, pick-up or drop-off locations) please call us at (252) 674-1812 or (252) 281-2137 by 5:00 pm the day before your reservation.
Cancellation
Should you need to cancel your reservation, please call us at (252) 674-1812 or (252) 281-2137 by 5:00 pm the day before your reservation.
- If you cancel on the same day as your reservation and the driver IS NOT in route to you then a $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
- If you cancel on the same day as your reservation and the driver IS in route to you then a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
- If you cancel on the same day due to a VERIFIED medical emergency then the cancellation fee will be waived.
Late Arrival or No Show
If you are not at your pick-up location at the time you provided our driver will give you a courtesy call.
- If you answer and provide a good reason we will wait 15 minutes without charge. For every 15 minutes after that, we will charge a wait fee of $10.00.
- If you do not answer our driver will call your emergency contact to see if you had a medical emergency. If we verify that you are in fact have a medical emergency we will have to charge a driver convenience fee of $25.00.
- If you do not answer our driver will call your emergency contact to see if you had a medical emergency. If we can’t verify a medical emergency and/or we can’t get in touch with you then a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
Return Pick-up
If you need to change your pick-up time from a medical appointment please call the driver at (252) 674-1812 as soon as possible.
- If a delay of pick-up is no more than 30 minutes then no change fee will be charged.
- If a delay of pick-up is more than 30 minutes a $20.00 change fee will be charged.
If you need to change your pick-up time from an ancillary appointment please call the driver at (252) 674-1812 or (252) 281-2137 as soon as possible. You will be charged at $25.00 change fee.
Declined Debit/Credit Card and Returned Check

- If your debit/credit card is declined for your online reservation, we will contact you for another form of payment.
- If your debit/credit card is declined prior to your ride, you will be asked for another form of payment.
- If your debit/credit card is declined prior to your ride and DO NOT have another form of payment at the time, we will invoice you within 2 days via email or postal mail for full payment and include a $25.00 late payment fee.
- Invoices must be paid within one week by check, money order, cash, or call (252) 674-1812 with a debit/credit card.
- If your invoice is paid by check and the check is returned you will be charged an additional fee of $35.00 for a returned check.
- If you pay by check and your check is returned, we will invoice you within 2 days via email or postal mail for full payment and include a $35.00 returned check fee.
- Invoices must be paid within one week by money order, cash, or call (252) 674-1812 or (252) 281-2137 with a debit/credit card.
Existing or New Reservations will not be fulfilled until previous balance invoice is paid in full.
Severe Weather
For your safety and the safety of our drivers we do not operate in severe weather conditions. We will call to notify you of the cancellation and refund you if you are unable to reschedule your appointment for another date.
